St. Louis Graduates is a collaborative network created to increase the proportion of low-income students in the St. Louis area who earn a postsecondary degree. An article in the National Civic Review, the journal of the National Civic League, documents how St. Louis Graduates evolved, from the vision of its founders, to the Steering Committee efforts to form a network in the "collective impact" model, to the impact on students.
